Sometimes a fishing pole and a patient companion is all that is needed to make the day right. Walking on the boardwalk near the shore line, I noticed a beautiful egret looking at a fisherman wading in the distance. Painting this scene was fun as I gave thought to just how much the simple things in life are the best.
